Q: Is there a limit to the number of times I can take a test?

There is no limit to the number of times you can take a test. We continue to support you until you pass your exam.

Q: What types of courses do you have available?

A: 

We have courses for CPR/AED, Blood Borne Pathogens and First Aid.

Q: Who created and designed your courses?

A: 

We are proud to state that all of our course materials are created exclusively and without exception by certified medical providers. You’ll receive the very best materials when you opt for the National CPR Association.

Q: What does it mean that you’re AHA compliant?

It means that we fully follow all standards established by the American Heart Association.

Q: Where do I attend classes?

A: 

Our courses are exclusively 100% online. You will never have to attend a class of any kind.

Q: Are there skills tests?

A: 

No. There are no skills tests required.

Q: I read that there are practice tests. How many times can I take a practice test?

A: 

There is no limit to the number of times that you can take one of our practice tests and all practice tests are completely free.

Q: Is there a fee for retaking exams?

A: 

No. The National CPR Association never charges additional fees for practice tests or tests.

Q: Is online training an accepted and approved path towards CPR/AED, blood borne pathogens and first aid certification?

A: 

Yes! All kinds of healthcare professionals use the National CPR Association.

Q: Can I have a discounted rate?

A: 

We can’t offer individual discounted rates. However, we do offer group discount rates for organizations or groups with more than 3 members. Please contact us to learn more.

Q: I am looking for test preparation for a large group. Do you have large group discounts?

Q: Are there any limits in when or how I can access course information?

A: 

If you have access to a computer, smart phone or smart device and have a working Internet connection, then you can access all course materials. The National CPR Association believes that you should learn when and however you like.

Q: Is there a time limit for how long I can use course materials?

A: 

Until you pass your exam, there is no time limit. Once you have passed your exam, you will still have access to all modules for up to 2 years.

Q: How do I get my certificate?

A: 

Upon passing your exam we will email you a printable certificate. This certificate can be printed and used as proof that you passed your exam.

Q: What kind of information is on my certification card?

A: 

Your certification card has your name, the date you passed the exam as well as your instructor’s name and his or her medical license number.

Q: Are there any additional hidden costs I should know about?

A:
